Expansion of services at Tower 1 to include microprocessor manufacturing and availability of larger office spaces for research and development by the third quarter of 2025

Science Park Smart City
We commence development and construction of the Nigeria Science Park Smart City on 50 hectare of real estate in central Abuja. This would be home to numerous multinational and local enterprises, living and working together in shared environment.

Base 1: Tower 1: Our temp site is proposed on six floors in downtown Central Abuja within the World Trade Centre, we provide limitless development opportunities and global market access while offering world class services to both our onsite and virtual partners. Inspired by the Hsinchu Science Park in Taiwan, we are working in partnership with other top science parks across the world in order to network and expose our local partners globally.

The Nigeria Science Park comes timely in approaching radical economic transformation through the prism of environmentally friendly strategies. We are also developing the Nigeria Science Park Smart City on a 50 hectare real estate in Central Abuja. It will be a home, an international city, where multinational establishments and local enterprises live and work together.
